Armand Tatossian Biography
(1948 - 2012)
At only 25 years old, Tatossian was the youngest member accepted into the Royal Canadian Academy. He was born in Egypt in 1948 and pursued an international arts education in Egypt, Italy, Canada, and France, and has exhibited in North America, Europe and Asia. He was inspired by the Group of Seven in Canada and preferred painting en plein air to achieve a more expressive technique.
